Laundry room with 1/2 bath, 1 room used as bedroom and the 1st area was used at one time as a bedroom (checking if the windows meet code for bedrooms, due to the fact they may not be wide enough). At the main entry is a covered front porch. To the left of the home is a large parking area with a side door entry. Freshen the interior up with colors of your choice, new curtains and your decorations and it will be so cute. Type of home selection did not match and picked cabin because of footage. I consider this a cottage home with its exterior. Very small yard but plenty of room for flowers, small lawn and shrubs to enjoy. Rear yard and side area is small but fenced.
